Our products avoid three main problems – bearing abnormal noise, loud braking noise, and demagnetization in high temperature, so is one of the representatives of lasting and safe traction machine.

2. The traditional drum brake is relatively mature, while the mainstream design of current is block brake, whose structure is more conform to standard, with the electric and mechanical are two completely separate parts. This is also the main design of Tongrun, Forward, and Bluelight. Our “Montreal drive” not only ensures redundant braking security coefficient, but also strictly controls braking noise, and the brake turn sound is lower 56 dB, largely lower than that of national standards which is 65 dB.

3. When permanent magnet synchronous traction machine operates, the sinusoidal waveform of the supply voltage has significant impact on its performance, the lower the waveform aberration rate, the lower the vibration and noise, the more stable the operation. Due to the characteristics of switching power supply of frequency converter, the higher the output
frequency, the better the matching output voltage sinusoidal waveform. According to electromechanics theory, under same revolving speed, the higher the level, the higher the needed supply frequency, so the number of poles of MT1000 is designed of 32P.

4. The permanent magnet is the core component of gearless permanent magnet synchronous traction machine. The material of the permanent magnet determines the stability and lifespan of the machine. Our company use high performance permanent magnet to improve the accelerate/decelerate dynamic property of the permanent magnet synchronous traction machine.
